 Our products are currently only available for sale within Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from postcode 4878. During peak periods such as sales events or Christmas, please allow an additional day for dispatch. 

As we are located in far north Queensland, in the event of inclement weather that interferes with regular postal services we will advise you of approximately when products will be available to ship.

Should you order a product that is being restocked or special issue and requires curing there may be a delay of upto 2 weeks.  You will be notified of this before you check out.

Address Accuracy & Redelivery

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct, including suburb and postcode, before finalising your order.
• We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses or those not collected in time from your local post office.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, redelivery fees will apply, and we do not cover the cost of return postage in such cases.

Shipping Within Australia

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $130.
• Orders under $130 will incur a flat shipping rate of $11.95.
